Roasting schedule
Our coffees are roasted in small, scheduled batches.
Each coffee follows its own rhythm.
Caturra — roasted weekly
Pacamara — roasted every two weeks
Geisha — roasted once per month (limited batches)
Orders are included in the next scheduled roast.
