The coffee
Geisha is one of the most distinctive coffee varieties in the world, valued for its aromatic clarity and elegance. Grown in limited quantities on the upper slopes of Volcán Barú, it benefits from cool temperatures and slow maturation.
Taste
The cup opens with refined floral aromatics, leading into notes of apricot, white peach, and delicate grape. The sweetness is pronounced yet elegant, carried by a silky texture that gives the profile both depth and composure. What defines this Geisha is its long, intense aftertaste — sweet, clean, and distinctly floral — where stone fruit and gentle grape-like nuances linger clearly well beyond the final sip.
Processing & roast
Washed and meticulously sorted to preserve purity and aromatic precision. Roasted with restraint to maintain transparency and nuance.
The Geisha lot (natural) was evaluated at 90.5 points at the Best of Panama, reflecting its clarity, balance, and refined aromatic profile.

Our coffees are roasted in small, scheduled batches.
